We were tasked with crafting distinctive visual identities for apartment complexes, each requiring a logo that captured its unique characteristics and resonated with its target audience. The challenge involved designing logos that were visually appealing, functionally versatile across various media, and could maintain brand consistency. To support these efforts, we created streamlined, one-page brand style guides for each property to ensure clarity and consistency across all marketing materials.

The logo, inspired by a floor plan diagram, symbolizes the ebb and flow of residents, creating a vibrant community. The logo was fully implemented across various print materials, signage, and swag. This cohesive branding was prominently showcased during the launch party and has been integrated throughout the environment of this luxury apartment complex in South Kansas City.
THE VIEW AT BRECKENRIDGE
Designed to echo the natural surroundings and sense of community, the logo combines elements of nature with the architectural uniqueness of the apartments, symbolizing a serene home.
The Sentinel of Conway
The logo merges the initials ‘S’ and ‘C’ to form a guardian symbol, reflecting safety and stability with a vibrant color scheme that captures the lively essence of Arkansas.
Stoneleigh Centerton
Inspired by the architectural features of the property, the logo incorporates the distinctive arch seen in the common areas, fostering a sense of unity and community.
Trinity Bell Gardens Apartments
Centering around the ‘gardens’ theme, the logo features a stylized ‘G’ that encapsulates the community spirit and the tranquility of garden-like surroundings.
The View at Castlerock
Situated in a scenic location, the logo needed to encapsulate the luxury and convenience of the property, leading to the development of a comprehensive suite of logos for various uses.
The Bend on Promenade
Addressing the issue of a previously poor-quality logo, a new high-quality version was created, realigned with the corporate colors but introducing new elements to refresh the brand.
Buckeye Crossing
The existing logo was refined to incorporate earth tones that match the community’s aesthetics. The update aligns with the development of a new monument sign, marking a timely enhancement of the property’s branding.
